The Cadiz community Arts Center, encompassing Janice Mason Art Museum (JMAM) and Southern Kentucky Independent Theatre (SKIT) will host the First Cadiz Community Art Festival on Saturday, June 5th, in downtown Cadiz. This festival, celebrating the arts in western Kentucky, will start at 2 pm in the Main Street Farmer's Market area with exhibits from numerous regional art organizations, demonstrations by local artists, live performances on the city's Renaissance Stage including karaoke, poetry readings and music and concludes with a free concert in the evening by the Cat Daddy band featuring oldies rock.
